Great trailers but dealerships in Washington State Trailer boss dealership absolutely horrible, they lie, mislead , are rude and smart a.., had my trailer for 5 weeks to order parts now I found out they tore it apart when I did not authorize any work we told them we were moving in 5 weeks four weeks ago, and still sitting torn apart with no parts and I was told to call back to get someone who cares.Awesome customer service for you product. Never a call back and every person who answers the phone tells me something different. Horrible horrible horrible, do not buy this product from dealerships here.

Any steel yard should be able to accommodate you. Luckily, there is a steel yard not far from the factory, where you would have to go.

Don't buy one of these trailers---I bought the Econo Flat Bed trailer, 18 foot long and the company didn't even bother to put primer under the frame rails. Reflector tape even came off and couldn't remove glue, paint came off.

Wow..harsh..! These are good quality trailers . perhaps one fell through the cracks of quality inspection.i wouldn't recommend listening to the poor feedback.
