I am cuban and I have never had such a sad plate from a restaurant, for that excuse of a breakfast I paid $6.49. I was very close to returning it and just asking for my money back but I was having a good day and wasn’t going to let this ruin it. To top it off I paid three dollars for a cafe con leche and after adding sugar to it I took a very small 6 AM just scorched my whole tongue and mouth, I had never tried a coffee that was so hot, it should come with a warning sign or a lease the waiter should let you know that is lava hot! Very bad experience overall I would not recommend this as a breakfast spot.

This place almost got 5 stars...We we're visiting family and my husband and I went for lunch, they had so many options of traditional foods; we had the food pictured here in my review and it was AMAZING! The chicken was tender and juicy, everything was flavorful! The staff was very nice and efficient. I was obsessed! It was so good in fact that I went back that same day for dinner and spent over $100 to try more of the menu and bring the food home to my family. They allow anted it since I was talking about it all day. The food I got for dinner was nothing like the lunch food. The chicken was dry as could be and the beef options were extremely bland. The beef stew type dish was pretty good however. Desserts were ok. The staff was still amazing and quick, I told them I couldn't wait to write my review. That all being said, consistency is really the biggest flaw here. Restaurants have to aim for that so the experience is the same. If you go, it's a bit of a gamble which is too bad.

Truly an authentic Cuban restaurant. The Cuban Sandwich was delicious, as were the empanadas, roast chicken, etc. The prices were very affordable, too. Make sure you get an iced cafe mocha! I will certainly return here. Generous portions.

Well I’m Haitian and knowing me I love to try new foods from different cultures. On my way to the DMV I saw this restaurant and right after I got done handling business I decided why not try out this restaurant. This is my first time eating Cuban food for real and I find it very delicious. I got the pollo Guisado and a can of Mango flavored Arizona. I got yellow rice with some black and pinto beans, chicken in sauce, with sweet fried plantains. They gave me a good amount of food to get me to be full and I am very satisfied of my purchase.
