I can't imagine how this center is not five stars. I had to take my 16 year old son there this week. We didn't have to wait long, the place was immaculate, the nurse and doctor were caring, kind and thorough. I could not be more pleased. I took a risk after reading the reviews due to the location convenience. I am so happy I took these other reviews with a grain of salt

Took 2 hours to see doctor. She poked my foot and leg and sent me to Atlantic imaging next door for X-ray said she would send prescription but didn’t I had to walk back to get it on a bad ankle. Imaging would not take my insurance I would have to go to Newton hospital for X-ray so why bother going to this doctor to pay them for nothing. She wouldn’t even give me note for work cause I didn’t get X-ray even though she said to rest ankle and put ice on it a few days because she saw it was swollen.

I just came back from Sparta Urgent Care. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. The first nurse I saw was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The nurse practitioner was also very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very positive experience and I will definitely go back.

My son left work early with what he thought was an ear infection and went to Urgent Care. The staff checked him in, brought him into the room, but when the doctor entered and asked his symptoms; she immediately became hostile claiming he should have not come to urgent care but rather done a virtual appointment. He explained that he just wanted his ear looked at and his head was congested. The doctor, glanced at his ears from arms length away, berated him for not being vaccinated, asked him when he planned to get the vaccination, then turned on her heel and on the way out of the room said rudely take Benedryl and Sudafed. My son was absolutely shocked by her unprofessional treatment.
