2nd time ordering a cake batter signature latte, once iced. Once hot. BOTH times the employee ( 2 different ones) made excuses about putting the toppings on and said I ordered it wrong. Looks like they just want to save money on whip cream and sprinkles! Pathetic.

Stopped by to get a coffee and a donut, quick service,and fresh donut. Good place but no drive thru.

I placed my order from my car on my app. 2 minutes later I walked into the store walked right past the line and picked up my coffee and left.

I was all excited the new Dunkin Donuts was coming to Andover but I've since found out the man Rakesh is manager so I will not be going there he was rude in the old Dunkin he worked at an he was rude when he took over Circle K
