Covid testing site provides no directions for patients. I waited in line for 30 minutes when another patient said you have to register first in another line even though I registered on line before going to get a Covid test. The tent the nurse have to work in is torn and leaking from the rain. I waited 1.5 hours for a test. That’s a shame that after 2 years of Covid they can’t do better.

I agree with each and every review (except the few glowing ones). My county health department is using this place to give Covid19 tests during the vaccine shot appointments. Of course I said yes to this; why not? This is why not: My test was on February 18. I have given them all my phone numbers and my email. I have phoned them several times, to talk with people who treat me like a halfwit. The last woman I spoke to, who described herself as a "supervisor," actually informed me that Google saves my passwords with little dots in a row! I was insulted, but of course I'm a senior, and some people are very condescending to seniors. I've sent emails and have called, and I'm done. If they attempt to bill Medicare for my test, I'll file a dispute. I tried to write a complaint on the Better Business Bureau site, but this company is not listed at all, so this wasn't possible. I'm contacting my local health department to file a complaint with them. The cost of each Covid19 test is $200.00, according to their website. I imagine they are also charging for the phone calls and useless emails they send! Since the English grammar is quite poor on their communications (in my opinion), and they operate in China as well as supposedly in the US, maybe my results are at the Chinese office! This is one of the worst "customer service" experiences I've had, and I'm mad. Since I composed this four days ago, I have filed a complaint with my County health department, and I'm preparing a letter to the Director of the County health department. My tax dollars should not be paying for such a rip-off.

Tl;dr: Avellino is unreliable. My university partnered with them to get COVID tests on campus, and they never gave me my test results 2 out of the 3 times I’ve been tested there. I’ve called them and all they recommended was getting tested again. They promise results within 24-48 hours, but they clearly can’t attain this standard. If you need test results urgently, do not trust Avellino. They also somehow deleted my patient portal? Their whole website is just confusing. Avellino, get it together.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. In this time of need businesses are looking to Avellino to help. The promises they are making are impossible. They still tell people a 2 day turn around time for results including weekends. I am now hitting 4 weeks has does that equal 2 days plus nobody can seem to locate my tests nothing even says pending. I will do everything in my power to make sure our school district stops using you are telling lies to the community you are serving.
