Worst ban out there , they charged me monthly fees twice and when asked why they said to maintain an account which is ridiculous, asked the customer care to remove that since I wasnt aware, he refused, and I had to go there 2 times and wase 3 hours of my life to close the account, stay away from bank of america they dont deserve your business.

I didn’t get the survey sent to my email so i have to post my review here. Honestly i was amazed by how Miss Keila Santiago resolved my issue yesterday. She was so helpful and patient with me! She deserves a raise!

I’ve been Banking with Bank of America for over 8 years or more and I have never been so disappointed in a location as I am with Rising Sun. I mean come on! I have been sitting here since 1:50pm and it is now 3:45 pm. I just need a temporary card this is ridiculous. The service here is slow! Not the TELLERS it’s the Customer Service Representative’s. Just slow! Slow! Slow!
