Ran the small pharmacy out of town. Closed drive up window during covid, forcing people inside. I've waited hours on the phone. They will run out of a needed medication for your child, not fill your prescription, and then never get in touch/ignore your phone calls while you try to fill it. An unorganized mess and there's no benefit to them being part of a chain. They won't call anyone for you.

I shopped here several times in October 2021 while visiting my mother. The staff always were helpful and friendly and there just is a nice feeling inside this store. I scheduled my mother for her COVID booster and she said that there was no wait upon arrival and the service was excellent.

Rude pharmacy. My toddler needed medication immediately and my regular pharmacy wasn't open, so his doctor sent it to CVS which is 2 minutes from my condo. I was so happy.. until I got there and they gave me nothing but attitude and lack of professionalism. I was almost in tears. I hopped in my car and drove over an hour away, with a sick child in tow, to a Walgreens that was open to get it filled. Never again will I go to this CVS again..for ANYTHING.

If you want your prescriptions to be filled to the correct insurance then I recommend you go to another pharmacy. I have a personal insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield and one Worker’s Comp. insurance but every prescription I have with this CVS is billed through Worker’s Comp. Over the last six months they have not been able to get this straight although they did a great job in years past. Finally got to the point last month where I said if next month the billing issue is not straightened out I will switch pharmacies. CVS took a very non-caring attitude and guess what today I had to switch pharmacies. What was once a great pharmacy and staff is no longer, take your business elsewhere
