This is the second time I've had a cow processed at this place. First time was half a beef, hanging weight 316lbs. I got 10 cases of meat out of it. Half hamburger. Didnt get my cuts I asked for . Against my better judgment I used them again this year for a whole beef. Hanging weight 717 th. Guess what, I got 10 cases of beef. That makes absolutely no sense. I got 1 small brisket, I hope they enjoy it because it's the last 1 they'll get from me. I can see why you may get good deals buying meat there but DO NOT take one for butchering. If you do be clear on what you want and when you pick it up go through it right then
