A little over two and a half years ago we visited this area and were interested in horseback riding during our vacation. Shoal Creek was advertising horseback riding at the time so we took a lovely drive to the ranch to check it out. It was so beautiful. Spoke with a very nice lady at the farm though and she assured us they would call us back. 24 hours later we were still waiting....finally two days later they called us and we were told we had to book a MONTH in advance to do a horseback ride. Wow, so probably not the place if you’re just here as a tourist. Shame it would have been nice to experience it!

first visit and it was exceptional, Kyle was a great host and made us feel at home, It is clear that they care deeply about the horses and that made the day even better. I have not enjoyed a more relaxing ride in many years, highly recommend Kyle and the farm, truly a great experience. Looking forward to the next visit.

Olivia is far-and-away an excellent teacher; the setting is lovely and finely maintained, and the horses are excellent. Just wonderful all the way 'round.
