This is an amazing Pest Control Service. We had a recent issue with rodents and their techs have gone above and beyond. We were very pleased and impressed with Anthony and David professionalism and knowledge with their follow ups on the work at our property, especially Anthony. He has been helping us with rodents issue and always give us updates on each follow ups. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He’s a great assess to the company. Thank you for having such a great team of techs in your company. We definitely would recommend Liberty Pest to everyone.

I am beyond impressed by this company so far. I emailed the office on Easter Sunday inquiring about an issue and their service and my email was unexpectedly answered within minutes by the owner, John. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions — and I decided to sign up for their quarterly service. A few days later the technician arrived, Anthony, and he was on time, polite, and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, and also provided some helpful tips during his visit. The initial application and service he provided was excellent - he wasn’t in a rush like I’ve seen some of these other companies when they come out. You guys have a very satisfied new customer!!

It's no easy feat for people working in the service industry these days as they have to manage different customers needs while trying to meet their other individual work objectives for the day. This was the initial service visit with Liberty and what a great visit! I was actually dreading this service call after just terminating services with another similar company. Liberty Pest Management is truly fortunate to have Dan and Anthony represent their company. They seemed so sincere in offering assistance and taking the time to educate me on particular issues.
