Be very careful when filling out application and selecting an apartment on their website. Very misleading. They give false information and lead you to believe they have availability when they do not. They accept the $75 fee so you think you are eligible for an apartment when there is NO availability. When asked for a refund you are given the run around and told someone will contact you yet they do not, and there is no corporate office. MISLEADING, LYING, FALSE INFORMATION ON WEBSITE leading you to apply. Scam.

I love Ardmore at Price. The team here, with staff like Adam, Stacy, and Cyphus, are amazing. I'm a single dad of four, and I'm super pleased with the family friendliness at Ardmore at Price. The only thing that would make my experience even better is the addition of a Family Recreation Room with air hockey, pinball, foosball, a children's library/bookshelf, and a toddler zone.

Just moved out in November and I do not recommend this place at all! Parking is terrible, the pool was down for a good month total all summer. As you clean your apartment and do everything to have it clean, they will find anything to charge you. Also don't spill anything on your carpet cause they will pull it back to check for stains on the padding underneath and charge you to replace it. The communication from the staff is not the best and you most of the time don't get an answer back and have to keep calling. The "clubhouse" is only open during office hours, so you can't enjoy it after work. Highly recommend somewhere else.

I love living here, its the perfect location Downtown Waxhaw NC. They are brand new and very clean and beautiful. I love all the resident events, great way to meet my neighbors. The amenities are also brand new. Me and my boyfriend love playing pool at the clubhouse. My Puppy loves it here too!
