This company acts as a police to take your money from you legally. They took my car without the police being present or anyone calling. My son is disabled and because his permit has expired, they took the car. WHEN WE SHOW HIM THE PAPERS that everything was in order, they didn't want to let us take the car out without paying them. They had the indecency to charge you more if you took the car out before one day. They told me that if I wait tomorrow I get $100 cheaper. Horrible company, DON’T use it!

Predatory towing at its finest. This place is unethical, breaks the law, and is the epitome of the saying "the love of money is the root of all evil." Our car was parked in front of our home on private property and they towed our car and did not notify law enforcement after towing. We realized the car was missing and called the police, and the police had no record of our car being towed (which is required by law). We thought our car was stolen and were about to head to the police station when we asked neighbors for security footage. My husband arrived at the place late at night and even though there was someone in the building, they made him wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes before someone let him in (he was told someone needed to drive over to let him in, which made no sense because there were staff inside!). Before they'd release the car, they required proof of registration but they would not allow him to go to his car to get the documents from the glove box. Very shady place.

I spoke with this towing company on the phone, and they exhibited unethical business practices. There is a thing called honor; I called specifically to pick up my vehicle before midnight, and when I asked if the price would increase after that time, he lied and said it wouldn't. So we decided we wanted the vehicle anyway, so we went ahead and ate dinner. We arrived at 1:00 am, but he increased the price of the tow anyway, disputing what he had said on the phone. I disputed this charge and told him that he had lied over the phone. He just increased the price again without saying another word; it was clear that he only cared about making money by whatever means necessary. This type of behavior is bad for our neighborhood; if companies are willing to lie over such a small amount of money, what else will they do?

They charge for the parking space you are taking and for towing. Each day is additional fees. And if you pick up the same day you were towed if you get there before 5 you can save money. I paid 309.00 for 4 hours. No, car wasn't washed and no valet.
I want to know if they have a Toyota Siena license plate there. 4mwl614. Thank you
