I called last night for a tow. They asked what was wrong and I told them I had a flat tire and needed to get the car towed to the tire store. They never asked me if I could start the car or had the key. They said it was gonna cost more and I said I couldn’t pay more so they guy that had the key was gonna bring the key. The tow truck driver said he was gonna charge me the cancellation fee of $145 and left. Gonna edit this review when I get their names. The manager wouldn’t tell me his name. The worst customer service I’ve ever had. And the worst way to start my day.

Wanted to get a quote for a tow. The person fielding the call must not be very interested in scheduling non emergency towing. Asked me the distance rather than end points, quoted a flat $300 rather than a $ per mile. I felt that this business is mainly interested in taking advantage of people in bad situations. AVOID.
The Spread Offense
Overall, great towing service. They took me from one end of San Jose to the other in a reasonable time considering the traffic. They were very friendly and accommodating throughout the ordeal. I would use them again anytime I need San Jose towing services. Thanks for the quick work and affordable quote.

My renter Camry (yes a toyota)... never had that before...broke down in the middle of town. Enterprise service was an hour away so I called Towing San Jose to come help me out. I had a critical meeting to attend - and as we know, time is money. If you need an emergency break down service in San Jose area i highly recommend Towing San Jose. We do provide towing in San Francisco, however it's near the south end of San Francisco. We will provide long distance towing if a customer asks for that service over the phone.
