Fresher food in the dumpster. Received a burn old burger. Fries were stale. Asked for sweet tea, got unsweetened. Bad attitudes.

Worst customer service ever through the drive thru. First they don't even say anything when you pull up to the speaker and then when I go to the window to pickup and pay. I asked for some packs of salt and she gave me one pack, not even two. I had to ask for a few more and she acted like that killed her. People if you don't want to work then get out of customer service, it's not for you.....

I went through the drive-through today at the Burger King on Derenne Avenue location. The young black female who took my order through the drive through was very polite and you could hear her smile on her face before I actually went to pay for the order and was face to face with her. I had to take time to give this review because good customer service is very rare nowadays. Congrats to her I’m not sure about how to spell her name and I don’t want to mess it up . I cannot recall her name but she was at the drive-through window on today at lunchtime between 12:30 and 1:30 today Tuesday, March 22, 2022
