Management didn’t care about my friends room barged into by property workers while she was undressed and asleep. Also management blamed her for the mix up of her move in date when she was told she could move in August 1st, leading to the property workers barging in her room.

Posting for a friend, they deleted her review -***WAS BARGED IN ON WHILE ASLEEP*** this morning two grown older gentleman busted into my room (without knocking) while I was unclothed asleep in my bedroom. soon after I voiced my complaint into a HOA type group chat we have, learned that the men (who were also confused and did not speak English as a first language which made the situation very difficult to understand between both of us) were carpet replacers. then the property manager Emily calls me from a unknown number (wow not busy for once huh) manager *basically* tells me that it’s my fault I was bombarded this morning by the grown men because I was not supposed to be in the unit and that my move in date was the 7th. (mind you I called a week before to assure my move-in date for this unit was August 1.) Which I was told that it WAS by front desk workers. I spoke to Front desk after the manager and they told me that they saw August 1 in my account as my move-in day as well. Emily did not seem to care at all about what happened (because of disorganization on their part) but instead blamed me for it when I was NOT in the wrong. do not live here you will regret it I promise. aside from this -good luck trying to get in touch with a manager to discuss your complaints every time you call the front desk will tell you “they are busy” every. single. time. -there has been days where there is just absurd amounts of trash left around the buildings, -horrible bug problem -we were without maintenance for almost two weeks -we have been without a pool for about a month it smells like rotten sewage every time you leave and enter due to them keeping the nasty water. -we have also been without a personal gate code for each tenant. rent has never been lowered for any of this either. even though we are paying for things that are not being adequately provided or running.

Sorriest customer service ever have been consistently reaching out to them for money they have owed me. They are not professional and have no sense of urgency when something was supposed to come months ago. It is not a safe apartment people break in to cars as well because the gate is continuously open by strangers. Overall would I advise not to stay here if you like professionalism

this is what happens here. I would not recommend living here at all, ridiculous amount of money for the things I’ve had to deal with. People constantly jump the gate, or trespass. I unfortunately have already signed my lease for the fall or I would not be living here. This happened over the course of one night plus another. With others that happened the night before. There is NOT proper security here at all. the guard i have seen sits parked at the office if he is working. Not a good place for young people when it comes to safety. the managers and their employees have the least amount of empathy I’ve ever seen in my life.
