Horrible staff members! They all come from the project and the act just like it!! Ghetto at its best, down to the manager! Especially the manger!! Does anyone have the cooperate number?? They have lots of mice and roaches.

It's a nice place you don't see a lot of traffic you know it's not a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot or anything like that

I have lived here for almost 6 years now. Apartments are spacious, pricing is fair. Due for upgrades. The water has been limited for use. I barely get water in my bathroom and it has to run for 30-45 minutes before it gets hot. I leave early for work in the mornings, and have to get up almost an hour earlier just to let the water run long enough to get hot and on top of that, you barely get any water to use. They have changed the washers on the sink and its ridiculous, because they control how much water is dispersed. Maintenance started out doing a good job when I first moved in, however, now maintenance is terrible! I have called several times about getting my garbage disposal fixed and it has now been over a year and it's still not fixed. Also, if you call the 24 hour maintenance line, no one will show up until the office opens in the morning after 9 am. I nearly froze to death while having my 1 year old grandson that was visiting when the heat shut off. I called the 24 hour line, 4 -5 times and still no one showed up til the next morning. It doesnt do any good to report these things to the office, because nothing gets done. As far as the staff, Tasha has been very professional. If I call, they very seldom answer the phones and the office is never open on weekends. Again, the apartments are fairly nice, but outdated. The laundry rooms are terrible! Those huge rooms with 2 washers and 2 dryers that are new but the dryers don't' dry the clothes and they are dirty.. Its no need to report any thing, because they don't take care of much of anything you need now. IF you are late on your rent, in which a lot of people are right now, due to cov19- they will revoke your visitor parking passes. I have never lived anywhere where they did that. They will put a notice on your door for $1.00 if you owe them but won't fix a thing or deal with our complaints. One of the young ladies that sit at the front, does not write up your tickets for service and is really unprofessional. She never smiles and barely takes your calls. I wish Ms Greene never left, because a lot of the issues I have today would have been dealt with. I am hopefully moving out soon, and if not, will continue to look. Again the units are spacious and fairly priced. The area is not bad, but due to staff and some of the things needed in my unit not being attended to, I WOULD NOT recommend to any one. My experience here has not been the best. SORRY! 6 years, no new carpet, no paint and my entrance hallway wall has been cracked since I moved in and in need of paint. No attention has been given to this. So, why do they do all these inspections if they aren't going to repair any thing? Sincerely, VERY DISAPPOINTED TENANT

I had a bittersweet experience living at this property. The units are nice and pretty spacious, but the noise is almost unbearable. Unfortunately, during my stay here I had a neighbor next to me who had 3+ kids that were constantly jumping and playing around. I actually didn't mind being able to hear them yelling (figured i could just solve that by turning up the tv) but the stomping and running around at any time during the day or night drove me crazy, I should not be able to feel my floor shaking/vibrating (thanks to all the jumping around from the kids). Spoke to the people in the office on multiple occasions but the only one who was truly helpful or seemed to care the most was Ms. Casey. She informed me of the actions that were taken to try to resolve the situation even though nothing worked. Her kindness and good customer service is what helped me not feel so bad about staying until my lease was up. I know it's not too much the manager can do about noisy neighbors but I would suggest the property come up with an alternative or more effective ways to get neighbors to be more respectful of others, since what they do currently or have done in the past doesn't seem to work. Thanks again to Ms. Casey for trying and being sympathetic towards the situation.

That is true, I believe that the building of MGM has something to do with the prices in that area
Yes the utilities are included, the one bedroom I had before I left was almost 1,400 a month
