Disappointed in the application process and the lack of communication by the leasing agent and property manager. Please work to get better staff who are more knowledgeable, communicative and have more robust customer service experience.

TO ANYONE WHO’S LOOKING INTO THIS PLACE READ NOW!! I do not recommend to come here if I could give it negative stars I would ! I have to kill multiple mice almost every week , got severely sick from constantly cleaning the mess from the nasty disease they carry also called the rental office several times of proof & yet they still have not came to fix any problems in this my apartment or this complex in general I have several problems in my house that I still have to come home with everyday and try to keep it together the best I can . It is unsanitary to live in a rodent environment like this . They press you for rent after 1 day of being late but yet can’t even come & fix the problems we have . If I could I would run as fast as I can out this apartment but due to prices rising sky high I cannot afford to move somewhere better . So since this complex won’t do anything about it I will contact higher authorities to save my life & others from these mice who can cause dangerous problems.

I have been at this property short of 9 years and the complex has had several owners and management companies. While I had nothing but unprofessionalism from prior staff including rental payments going missing and nobody knowing anything about it. This past year I have been working with Tanishia and have had the most professional and pleasing experience. Tanishia goes above her job and makes sure every resident gets helped and their issues are resolved from beginning to the end.

As a potential tenant this place is definitely giving me the feeling to run in the opposite direction. I had been working with leasing agent Adrian. He initially advised me in August that I was approved but there would not be a unit available until October. I've been trying to call and follow up however he is never in the office. After weeks of calling in which they barely answer the phone, i finally get to speak with him, only for him to tell me that he has no memory of our conversation. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was informed I would receive a call back,. A week later still NOTHING. I've called back and now the phone number is not in service. REALLY? This place is a complete joke. If this is how they treat potential tenants I hate to see how I'll be ignored should I move in. 10/22-Update You would think after my first review things would have improve! WRONG! this is the worse complex I have ever dealt with. If you decide to apply here please make sure you leasing agent isn't ADRIAN LEE. He is by far the rudest and most incompetent agent I have ever worked with. I have sent several emails to the property manage as well as the account manager expressing my terrible experience with him and requested a new agent to assist but NOTHING was done. My complaints fell on deaf ears. There was no response to any of my email. This staff does not care about the residents or future residents. Take my advice and DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
