The Service Was Great And My Waiter Was Fast And Off The Chain Mad I For His Name But He Did Say He Just Started Been There Two Weeks And U Would Thought He Been There For YEARS But The Down Fall Was The Bathroom It Was Nasty And No Seat Covers They Need To Check The Bathroom More To Make Sure They Good For There Customers Rather Then That I Enjoy My Meal

Food was too salty. I ordered the chicken linguini, parrot shrimp, lobster bisque soup and lobster with artichoke dip and chips. There was no distinction of taste in each dish. Everything tasted the same - VERY SALTY! How does the chef not taste the food and see its too darn salty and still choose to serve it to paying customers? I used Door Dash for delivery and my food was as cold as a dog's nose when it came. I've had good experiences with Red Lobster in the past, however, this time was a major FAIL. I couldn't eat my food because of all the salt. Red Lobster, please have a meeting with your chef(s) and suggest that they DO BETTER.

My grandson and I had a pre-Easter Day, today outing today. Sports Zone then Red Lobster to celebrate spring break. He had a blast at the Zone trampoline park. Red Lobster was a 4 🌟 would be a 3 🌟 but the manager gave my grandsons dinner to us for free. See my $38.00 dinner arrived way after two other patrons at two different tables that came after me was served. Water, biscuits, no salad....then the waiting game. Ok then when our food arrived my lobster tale was cold 🥶 😩. I said no croutons, my salad had croutons all over it. I asked for a manager, explained the situation and he discounted our dinner he too 8.00$ off naking my grandson's dinner free. So I was ok with that, but we got to do better. Food to dam expensive. Pay attention young people.

Great dinner food was served in a great amount of time after ordering drinks were great and the waiter was cute and very accommodating would definitely be back
