Walked in with no vehicles in the drivethrough and decided to leave after a few minutes when the staff did not even acknowledge that we were in the store!

Never have a consistent drink. They removed ham from the menu which was one of our favorite meats on a sandwich.

This is a delayed review. I typically don't write reviews, but I was urged to do so after this encounter. On November 13th, I pulled through the drive-through with two friends. We sat at the speaker for a few minutes waiting to be asked what we'd like. After a few minutes of silence, I said (in a light tone), "Hello?" There was only one car in front of us and they were receiving their order. After this, someone answered and took our order. They must have assumed their mics were off because they quickly started talking about us to their fellow employees. They claimed we "screamed hello" and fouled mouths us. For one, that is not what happened. Two, may want to make sure your mics are off before trying to bad mouth customers. I voiced that we could hear them through the speaker and pulled up. We could see through the windows that two employees were standing around talking, and after 5 minutes of waiting, one of them finally started on our drinks. This was an extremely long process for three iced coffees. Also just suggest waiting to talk about customers after your shift if you aren't positive you're muted.

Donuts we not horrible, but certainly not good. Grocery stores make better (and cheaper) donuts. I found it strange that the donuts weren't listed on the menu (inside or drive through). So you just have to ask what they have. This place has 'donuts' in the name but can't show costumers what donuts they sell. Anyway, went inside to figure out what they actually had available and the people were not friendly. The cashier looked at me like my existence annoyed her. I decided on my donuts and she tossed them together in a bag like she could care less. She didn't put papers or anything to separate them, so my donuts ended up sharing icing and toppings. It'd be one thing if they were out of the papers, in which case I would have asked for certain ones to have their own bag. In this case it appeared that they simply don't care enough about the customer satisfaction over their donuts. I do not recommend this place for donuts at all.

Most places aren't open on Thanksgiving because it's believed to be a day you spend with your loved ones. So I would say probably not.
