So, I came in the other day cause I saw an awesome deal of Galaxy s22 Ultra that Best Buy was offering with trade in and I was helped by Bret in Mooresville, NC location. Bret was completely unaware of the special promo but he was really patient and worked with me in really friendly and professional manner. He was really polite and was ready to listen and learn when I explained the whole promotion and what I expected. All said and done, I left a happy camper and Bret was exceptional in his service. I wanted to recognize this and asked for some kind of way to get this message to the management so sent and email and also leaving google review for exceptional service. Keep up the good work and the training for the new hires on customer service.

Had time to get unit installed, got there in time, employee took car right in. Gave me estimate if how long installed radio, cd player would take. Actually he did service about 20 minutes sooner I was impressed, he was well informed on how to do his job , would use their service again, thank you.

I actually liked Best Buy! But the associates are purely lazy & unhelpful! I needed some assistance in finding a switch cord, not a splitter cord.. No help, so there was no transaction. Will not be visiting again, ever!!!

I suppose what time you enter this best buy determines if any of the sales representatives will help you find what you're looking for, but it shouldn't. I arrived at 7:30 pm, 30 minutes before their closing time. I passed two employees upon entering, one of them asked how I was. That was the only interaction I had with any employee for the next 25 minutes. I was pretty much lost as soon as I walked through the door, due to this store having a different layout than I am used to, but I was able to locate cellphone accessories. I was looking for a new case/holster with belt clip for my phone. After 15 minutes, I managed to find the cases for my particular phone as employees were either walking around or standing at some type of desk or booth. The selection they had in the store was limited to two styles of the OtterBox Defender series and a leather wallet type of holster. There were no less expensive alternatives in view and I couldn't get anyone's attention to ask if they may be able to help me find anything more affordable. At 7:55 an employee finally approached me only to ask if he could help me find anything before they closed the registers for the night. I thought about asking about other choices in what I was looking for but didn't feel as though he would help with 8:00 closing in fast. I stumbled my way to the registers, located at the customer service department instead of near the exit, the way I am accustomed. I don't believe I will ever shop at this or any other Best Buy ever again if this is how they are all set up or if this is the way Best Buy employees are trained to "help" customers these days.

Not completely finished but they are now open to the public.
Upwards of $100
Online only, and only when in stock.
Masks and social distancing are required. The store is extremely clean with multiple sanitizer stations throughout.
Ask the Geek Squad. depends probably on your local squad though.
From experience, it is almost impossible to contact Best Buy by telephone. I had to take my laptop in for the Geek Squad to repair but had to have an appointment first which is made online. Finally got someone on the phone with the Geek Squad to help. As info, they open at 11 AM and close at 7 PM. You can call the Geek Squad at 1-800-GEEKSQUAD if you need their number. Hope this helps some.
Best buy
They are! At least they were about two weeks ago when I went lol.
No
Look online?!?
I wouldn't go to Best Buy. The last time I was there, I had to make an online appointment for 2 days out. Amazon is faster and friendlier
In stock there are several varieties of the top brands (Samsung, iPad, Surface, Fire), but if they don't have something in stock they can always order it and get it to your home in a couple of days
Yes, just go into any Best Buy location and go to the mobile department and tell them you want to trade in your phone. You will receive a gift card for it.
Blurays maybe but DVDs have little worth except for obscure ones.
You can recycle any electronics. TVs and monitors have a $25 recycling fee. All other items can be recycled for free.
