I absolutely love coming to this salon to get my nails done. I’ve been a customer with them for over 10 years. I’ve never had a bad experience and my nails always look great. Beyond my nails looking great when I leave, it always lasts. I drive all the way from CLT to get my nails done by them because they seek to he the only salon that fixes my nails right and that I get my money’s worth. They’re amazing and I highly recommend.

Don’t ever go here. EVER. You’re better off spending the extra 10 dollars and looking good somewhere else. They’re unprofessional. Rude. And overall not somewhere anyone should do buisness. First time going here they messed up my nails and got mad WHEN I CALLED HER OUT! Then when I call about lashes she hangs the phone up in my face before I’m finished talking. I promise you won’t ever see another dollar of my money ever baby. Believe that. Whomever the owner is needs new staff ASAP! 0/10 do not recommend. Hoping this place closes so a better nail place can open there.

My rating is not about the people who work at the salon it is about the product and my overall experience. So I initially went here because I needed my nails done quickly for a wedding. The nails were nice. The second time I came for a full in. Now here’s where it gets real tricky. So I told the technician that some of my nails were lifting. She said okay and proceeded to add acrylic. She never popped the nail off and gave me a new one or drill the loose nail off. I would think you would do that, my other nail technician would have ( would’ve went to her but she sold her shop) so 2 days after getting my nails done, I notice the nails are lifting. I call and go in that Monday and got them fixed. Today is Friday, the nails I had fixed are lifting a bit. I sat down and popped all the nails off within 5 minutes no lie. I do not work with chemicals, I sit a desk all day. I have a toddler but we aren’t playing rough. I have no idea why these nails are lifting. Could be the product. All I know is I can’t sit in a salon wait a hour and a half pay decent monies and my nails lifting every two-three days after repair. I really enjoyed the people but I can’t go back. The quality of my nails were not where I would have hoped.
