The customer service was not helpful at all. After overcharging for a package to be sent in two days thru FedEx, they refused to talk to me because they had other customers. The package never arrived in two days, expected to be delivered on March 4 at 430 pm. These are important documents that are still in limbo. Website will not provide tracking info. FedEx will not allow me to speak to anyone beyond their customer service and wait until someone calls. Do not spend your earned money 💰 here. My first time and my last. Their attitude is to get money and not help someone that shipment didn't successfully go thru.

This Postal Annex, the girls that work are very friendly and polite. I always look forward to going on there, it’s just a happy little place of business, especially at this time of the year when so many bad things are happening. Keep up those smiley faces. It helps to make som things better. Lucy

Postal Annex is the bomb! The employees are all friendly and always very helpful. They offer a variety of services and sell cute kids toys and funny and unusual cards. Love this place. Plus they don’t force you to wear a mask in order to enter.
