This has been the absolute worst experience I ever had waiting for service at a bank. Long lines, lots of red tape even for the simplest and smallest of transactions, and best of all, the female manager does literally nothing but stand around watching everyone from behind the counter. She sees there's a long line yet she doesn't help the tellers out by taking some of the customers. They have long lines but only one person, occasionally 2, running transactions behind the counter from what I've seen. Never again. This experience makes me glad I chose to stop banking here a few years ago. If you like having your time wasted, go to this bank.

Besides the rude and unprofessional tellers, now all the signage is in Spanish. All of it. Nothing is in English, and one English speaking teller was English speaking but rude. Called a few days before to confirm you were open yet and Jessica was snippy and did not want to take that call, at all.

I'm giving Mike a five star review. He is one of the bankers and the guy is just a really down to earth gentleman who has an appreciation for helping people and doing his job professionally. The bank manager is cool too, he is also a down to earth guy too who is a under a lot of pressure to perform and he has been delivering on it even with Corona highly impacting the banking world. I think they, (this branch) really deserves the communities respect and admiration because their job is not always easy but they are all working on the front lines.
