continuously lots of noise by the library staffs and people -- you cannot concentrate on your study and research work.

I fail to see the rationale for continuing to deprive people of library services. Half the place is closed off, there's nowhere to sit, charge one's device, and an overall feeling of forbiddenness.

Its a good library. Its worth picking up a Richmond card if you are in west contra Costa/north west Alameda county.

Where is the WOW truck now. It left Heritage Park Senior Apartments just as I was heading downstairs to get the book I had reserved.

There is a tool library, which requires a Richmond Library card, however the tool library is located at the Community Services building (3230 Macdonald Ave., at Harry Ells Place). https://www.ci.richmond.ca.us/3254/Richmond-Tool-Library
