I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences at Don’s. Once I came in a panic with a car full of camping gear leaving for a pretty remote drive. I thought I needed a new tire and was already late to start the long drive. Don’s fit me in on the spot and determined it was just low and filled it up. No charge. They could have sold me a new tire but didn’t. Subsequently I’ve been in several times for tires or repairs and had equally positive experiences.

I’ve been buying tires at Don’s for 25 years, for 2 different cars. I go to them if I get a flat tire, need balancing or new tires and their service has always been prompt, reliable and friendly. I’ve never had to go back with a problem in all these years but I’m confident that if I ever need to they’ll be fair and responsive. Always recommend them!

Quick service. Nice staff with a great sense of humor! Recommended more affordable tires based on the age of my car. Appreciated that a lot! We almost always use Don’s for our tires!

Came in for alignment, tech did good work, vehicle drives great. Called in for appointment and explained I needed a custom alignment over the phone. I was quoted $85 for the service. So I scheduled an appointment. When I brought the car in I had the alignment specs on paper for them, discussed it with her and dropped my car off. After the service, I was charged $127.50. She explained to me she didn't know it was a custom alignment. She said there must of been a miscommunication and she said she honored a lower rate and was supposed to charge me even more. 1. Disclosed the Camber adjustment over the phone while scheduling appointment. 2. Discussed the Camber adjustment in person. 3. Provided the Camber adjustment specs on paper. Where's the miscommunication? I can understand it takes more time to perform an additional camber adjustment vs a standard "Toe and Go" alignment, though the reason I chose the shop was due to the price that I was quoted for the type of work to be done, else I would have chosen a different shop.
