I almost can’t believe the consistency of the horrendous service I get at this location. I keep telling myself that it’s just because of the teenagers playing around with their buddies, or it’s because it’s Friday or Saturday evening, or I didn’t use the pizza portal this time, but it seems like it doesn’t matter. Tonight I placed an order to pick up in the pizza portal for 8:30, and was notified that it would be available between 8:30-8:35. I figured they’re usually a little late at this location, so I went to pick up the pizza at 8:50. Pizza Portal was empty, so I stood at the counter to ask about my order while the what appeared to be a mostly full team continued to ignore me and the other 4 people in the lobby. They finally asked me what I needed at 9:10, and then told me my order wouldn’t be ready for 10-15 more minutes. Finally got the food at 9:30, and the crazy bread was nice and fresh, but the pizzas must’ve been sitting in the oven for over an hour with how stale they were. Little Caesars is great food in my opinion for the price, but from now on I will drive further to either the South Jordan or Riverton on 126th location.

The working staff here is always a amazing delight to work with. We ended up being like 3 dollars short so we put back our crazy bread and they ended up just give it to us anyways;) major respect for any businesses that are good like that The owner should give the manager a raise! There pizzas, brownie bites are always made to my version of perfection. I would recommend this CEASER to any pizza lover!

I only give this store a 1 star because there isn't a zero. This is the third time this has happened now. Last night we ordered three pizza's and crazy bread on the online app. We waited the 40 minutes it said it would take, then my husband headed for the store. He got to the store and checked the online section and no pizza. He waited patiently for a chance to speak to someone at the counter and they said they were just waiting on the Hawaiian. He waited another 25 minutes. In the mean time he watched over 20 other orders between the counter and the drive through come in, order and leave all while 'just waiting on the Hawaiian," He approached the counter again with a little agitation and asked again where our pizza was. A woman ordering got in his face and yelled at him for being so rude, and accusing him of being 'old enough to know better than to torment the 16 year old manager'. When he told her to but out the 16 year old said while pointing his finger at the door, 'Get Out'. My husband asked if he was going to get his money back and the kid said 'I'll refund your money'. So after waiting over an hour and a half for three fast and ready pizza's he left the store with no pizza and no money refunded. This store is the worst ever and it always has been. We will never go there again. I'll give it a few days for the refund, but then I'm calling corporate.

We live in the neighborhood next to this location and it's quite possibly the worst location ever. The lobby gets the slowest service I have ever seen. You will stand their for over 15 minutes waiting for your order to be taken and the workers purposely try to avoid eye contact so they don't have to serve you. Once you do get someone to take your order they are anything but friendly. Never go on a Friday or Saturday you'll wait forever and your order will most likely be wrong. On multiple occasions I have waited over 20 minutes for a "Hot and Ready" pizza. I honestly believe the drive through makes this location worse and they could serve people better if they didn't have it. They will also charge you extra for any modification to any pizza including having something left off. I was really excited to have a Little Caesars within walking distance, but after ordering food a handful of times I realized it's not worth the hassle. If you can avoid this location I would.
