I love Halloween and this store definitely makes me more excited for the day. Me and my friends love going in and just looking at all the costumes and making jokes this store has been a big part of our friendship since we met almost 6 years ago

Horrible customer service! I bought a petticoat and the lady told me all returns had to be done at 11:00 pm. So, after I get everything situated with my family for the night I rushed to the store to make sure I make it before 11:00 p.m. and the girl tells me they don't do returns it's only exchanges. I had a couple other things I was going to purchase, they wouldn't even put that towards the amount of the petticoat. They said it had to be an exact exchange. Bad business!

This location/company is fun! Their staff need to be more trained on what they have in store, I had asked If they had deer antlers, and was told, “no.” But found them in the back! However, even though they don’t have public restrooms... my toddler had to go sooo bad, almost didn’t make it... one employee, ran us to their employee restroom, and I was so grateful. They also need to have a better phone system! My daughter (today) left her BRAND NEW toy there, and I tried and tried to call... but couldn’t get through to a live person. I was so frustrated! I love Halloween and this store, just needs a little improving!

They do not honor thier receipt policies..Tried to exchange a broken fog machine and per the receipt we should have been able too. They still refused. fter a number of different excuses including corporate won't let us. I will never ever buy anything here again...
