I had a wonderful experience at this store with Mr.Fallon. He is the coolest guy I have ever seen, he helped me to buy and register a car with a permit, which it’s impossible when I searched online. Everyone there is amazing, their attitude is the best in all the dealerships. They even helped me to ship a document to LA. Thank you for made my day!

Smooth transaction, although a little lengthy. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the 24 hour test drive as it can be hard to really get the feel of a car in a short test drive. The only downside was that all the car prices are firm. No haggling. Whenever I need another car I will return to CarMax.

Since I constantly get emails to review this place. Both stores I dealt with were awful. Never buy from CarMax. Cleveland is the worst. I drove 3.5 hours to trade in my car for a truck and they neglected to tell me their computers were down and couldn’t do it. Then they forgot to refund me my gas/food. Truck was transferred to Miamisburg and it had rust so I couldn’t buy it. Miamisburg is still not great. I will say Cheyenne and Ryan are amazing (great customer service) but the rest of the service department not so much. Lady on the phone made me feel bad for wanting a free rental even though I’d already been through the ringer with CarMax. They will look at you and ignore you if you don’t know exactly where to go or what to do in that service office.

Sales process is as great! Seamless and easy, I loved it! However car was filthy inside. Poorly detailed outside. Windows were disgusting inside. Like gross. Must have had a small crack in windshield because the windshield cracked the 1st snow. Not their fault though. Car was just dirty. Would not expect that
