We called because their driver almost ran us off the 75 and into a barrier at an exit. The person that answered the phone could not have cared less and hung up on us. Definitely not a business I trust to tow my car.

They are the main towing company in dayton if u are being towed by cops u most likely will hate these guys but if u need a big company tow with no issues they are always quick. Thats why cops used them i think. Im not sure but i think they are the number tow company in dayton..

My husband was involved in a car accident and the car was towed to the broadway location. I was not involved in the accident so I called to find out the steps needed to retrieve my belongings from the car. The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and acted as if I was supposed to already know the answers to the questions I was asking. My husband called a few days before I did and the 2 women he spoke to were rude as well. This seems to be a trend with this company. There are companies begging for help and if you are that miserable with your job that you feel the need to take it out on the customer you should find a new job or seek therapy. 0/10 recommend.
