Staff is not very friendly. I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I come in. Also, they don't allow their customers to use the bathrooms. Made it very difficult to get all my laundry washed, dried, and folded.

Machines were pretty gross, a lot of my clothes didn't come out clean. I checked three washers they were all like this. The dryer I used had a busted latch that I unfortunately didn't notice until I had already paid. Slamming it shut seemed to work though. No vending machine for soap. Two stars because at least they worked and you can use your card.

Their machines stole $250 off my card. They won't contact me, help or refund me. Don't go here. Several of the washers left my clothes completely soapy, even though I added very little soap. Some of the dryers do not dry at all.

Today I was there, as I have been monthly for the past 5 months. I won’t be back again. Every month fewer and fewer working washing machines. Now today, 90% of the washers have “Out of Order” signs on them. Each month was more and more have been “Out of order”. So today I nicely ask when there will be more operating washers? The attendant was rude and dismissive. So later I go to use various different dryers and they all say “Server communication down” when I go to use my credit card. I again calmly and nicely bring this to the attendants attention, and another customer hears me and says, “yeah, that is happening to me too”. So then the attendant tells me, “if you keep saying stuff, I’m going to have to ask you to leave”. What? And then yells at another customer about something else. Woman has a big hatred for people. Wow, can I give this place less than no stars? Avoid this place! This review requires me to give 1 undeserved star just to post this!

I spend 3.25 for a triple washer. They have smaller and bigger. Drying is 25 cents for 7 min. Machines are well maintained and always clean.

I have not had any problems with the person working in the early morning shift but have had problems with late afternoon and night shift

To wash in the 2 load washer can be $3.75 to about $5.00 To wash in the 4 load washer is $5.00 to about $7.00 To dry is about $1.25 to $2.00 one quarter is 7mins for dry time
It was $1.39/lb., but after a recent remodel and update to a computer system to track customers and orders (not exactly needed for the volume of this business from what I've seen) I think it's now $1.50 with a 7 pound minimum. The service is good! Clothes always come back totally clean and very well folded, and what I consider a HUGE drop off tops out at $22-25. I usually tip the staff person $3-5, which they seem to very much appreciate. I don't know what value you place on your time, but $25 to get 2-3 weeks of my stanky laundry done, dried, folded and ready for the drawer is the steal of the wheel for me! PS--And when you figure in--or out--the cost of paying for machine use and expensive laundry detergent, it is even more of a no brainer for me.
