I was going to order food here and like I always do before I eat a place that’s unfamiliar I checked the reviews on google. And for the most part, they seem to have good review ratings on google. So I decided to give them a shot. Upon entering the restaurant, I didn’t even get acknowledged or greeted so that was a red flag and then as I was about to order one of the employees ask if I had a mask and I said no and he then immediately said he couldn’t assist me than proceeded to walk me out the restaurant. I thought that was rude because although I didn’t have a mask he didn’t even offer me one or anything. Instead he just told me he couldn’t assist me and walked me out. He did me a favor by that doing though because I’m not supporting no business like this. I’m glad I didn’t spend my money here because the customer service was just not it.

One of the worst places on earth in costumer service. Waiter was extremely rude he was taking my order and walked away while speaking to him. Being the owner of the restaurant. How is this person still in business with an attitude like that . I previously rated this place 5 stars but after this incident I will no longer visit this place. Nor all my family or friends. I had recommended this places to almost everyone I know . too bad .

The reviews for this place looked good and I drive by all the time so thought I’d try it. The food was average - hence 2 stars - but what was truly memorable was the super rude service. There was one customer waiting for takeout when I got there, otherwise the place was empty. The waitress barely acknowledged me when I said I’d like to place an order for takeout. Fifteen minutes later, after doing busy work and disappearing into the back she finally came out and I had to approach to her to ask if I could order. No eye contact, curt responses and an overall unpleasant attitude. When the food finally came she handed it to me without saying anything and when I thanked her she did not respond and just turned around. I get everyone can have a bad day. I worked in the service industry for years and would at least try to fake politeness. Won’t be coming back.
