I pulled through quartzite and I was having problems with my RV air conditioning and it was 110° out. I decided to get a hotel for the night and this hotel happens to be pet friendly. They are revamping the rooms however you could not hear any construction going on. The room was clean beds were a little hard and they have DirecTV. Michael did a great job in helping us get a room and was very friendly. Great job michael. For what I needed it worked out perfect. They do have coffee cereal for breakfast nothing fancy but something to get into stomach to help you continue your trip. Cheers

Positive: Excellent staff service at check-in, very friendly and helpful! Negative: Bed was clean, but hard and not particularly comfortable. Large stain on wall like someone splattered an entire drink, but staff didn¿t bother to clean it.

We made our reservation over the phone for our family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids. We were told our two rooms would be adjoining since there were no suites available. We didn't want to be completely separate from our kids. When we arrived, the front desk person was very distracted, on the phone. I asked about the rooms being adjoining, he said they weren't. I told him we were traveling with kids and he just shrugged and said they were full. All of this while he was on the phone. He told me he could refund my money. Never even apologized. But there wasn't anywhere else for us to stay and it was already 9 pm. He just handed me the key cards and receipt. No information about check out time, nothing. We went into the hotel, it had a bad smell everywhere. The rooms were old, dingy, and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. The lamp shade was broken, carpet was wearing through. The bedspreads were obviously very old, beds were uncomfortable. There was no phone in the room, no information about check out or anything. TV was old, remote was broken. We were told when we made the reservation there was a light breakfast from 7-10 am. There was nothing but some stale coffee. This hotel needs some serious updating, and customer service training. They should update their website if things like breakfast are not available. I wouldn't ever stay here again. I'd rather drive however many miles needed to the next town.

Booked room for a 3 night stay. While staying there, room was never cleaned. Lots of loud noises from the hallway. Free breakfast was almost nonexistent. Coffee was terrible. Much older looking than pictures in web site. Still has a bubble TV no flat screen. Friend of ours tried to use phone to call front desk, but phone didnt work. I like the bed being much lower but my husband didn't. Over all pretty clean but needs to be updated
