Unknowingly I had to modify my move in storage dates due to work, medical emergency with my daughter and driving from Reno to Henderson. This location has provided me with nothing less than superb customer service. 800 number and onsite managers have been excellent during my move. I am very grateful as companies do not operate as such anymore.

Every part of my experience with CubeSmart was great. I was able to rent the unit and purchase a lock without ever stepping in the office. All online from my from my phone. Not only is this facility safe but it is very clean. Also, all three staff members that I encountered we're not only very helpful, but also extremely friendly.

CubeSmart went above and beyond to provide me with The Best Customer Service.. I reserved my storage unit online and they followed up with me immediately. I even had to call to tell them my move would be delayed. They told me that would not be a problem.They helped me change my date and had my unit ready and waiting for me when I finally arrived. I was so very pleased that I chose CubeSmart it was so easy I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know..Thanks again David and Jim ...Awesome Job Guys!!!

Great location close to my home. Facility hours work well with my schedule. Property manager David is very informative, accommodating, and seems to be aware and proactive in regards to security and facility needs. Couldn't really ask for more. Besides lower rent. Har har.
