Horrible customer service!!! I just left this store and I will never be back!!! Before leaving I spoke with the manager and she didn't want to help either. I literally had to ask 3 different staff members to help me find a size 7 in football cleats. The 2 at the register were the only helpful people!!! I was surprised at the lack of consideration the manager displayed!!

Purpose of visit: Dressed in our GSW gear, we were there to purchase the championship Warriors cap. My husband and I did not know we had to call them to put the caps on hold. We lucked out and got the hookup from one of the employees.

This place is like walking back into the 90s. Aluminum baseball bats, tons of swimming/water gear, footballs, tennis, you name it. It was a good thing that their computer system was down when I was visiting or else I would have bought so much nostalgia. Stop by if you're looking for sports gear or just want some cheap cleats. This place will hook you up.

Nicest people I've ever met inside a Big 5 usually when you're going to Big 5 everyone has an attitude don't know why but I've noticed this not the Alameda Big 5 great staff friendly customer service very helpful people tiny recommend if you're in the East Bay Area
