If I could give them no stars I would. Last week no ice for frozen drinks. Today i order and pay for one lemonade and a hot coffee wait 15 min to only be told they don't have either. It seems that if you got there late night the staff don't want to work and just tell customers they are out of things.

This Wawa is charging for ice and ice is free at a host of other locations. They require you to make a purchase of $3.31 for a small cup. It is unacceptable. When I questioned Kim the manager, she had an attitude about it. As if it was the norm.

came here to order one drink. the employees stood there cleaning instead of making my drink after 5-10 minutes i asked to speak with a manager . she told one of the workers to make the drink and the girl shook her head and said no. after waiting for another 2 minutes i just asked for a complete refund and i no longer wanted a drink or anything else from this location. very poor customer service. i have never experienced this with any other WAWA . my drinks or food always came in less than 5 minutes .

NOT CLEAN BUT INFESTED I was there this morning with my son and ready to prepare my coffee (11am) but could not find a clean area on the counter to do so. All was sticky, Coffee cream spilled, sugar stuck to the counter. When I kindly suggested that counters needed cleaning because that’s what attracts all types of insects. The employee gave me every excuse in the world why he has not gotten around to cleaning it. NOT OKAY! Guess what I saw crawling around seconds later, huge roach crawling on top of the counter. When I called him over to let him know he gave me that face like “yeah right look” when I showed it to him he was like okay I’ll get to it when when I get to it. NOT OKAY! I felt the need to tell the manager that was hiding the in back (she heard me talking to him earlier) I’m assuming she didn’t want to face me and when I caught her at the register, her answer was simply okay I will have the exterminator come out. Not a “I will clean that up right away” not even an apology she just seem annoyed with me. I will not be back to this Wawa because they are don’t prioritize on a clean sanitized environment, especially with covid still sending people to the hospital. This place is invested with roaches and whatever else. Customers & Cooperate needs to know this!
