Update: went in this morning and I was rung up by the same cashier as last time, BECAUSE SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE. She still was super friendly, very fast, but there was a line from one end of the store to the other. GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE The staff in general was a little overwhelmed but everyone was very polite and apologetic for any waiting. The cashier especially I believe their name tag said Sade was awesome. There was a long line and other things to be done and everything got done and fast. They deserve a raise.

would never normally care to review a wawa, but the breakfast sandwiches they serve here taste like a boiled shoe and are the worst i’ve ever had hands down. i’ve been eating wawa breakfast sandwiches for about 2 decades and i have never seen anything remotely as bad as these. all you do is stick it in the oven, like how on earth does a biscuit end up with grill marks?

Stopped here to get gas and a quick dinner. Ordered a double burger and salad. As someone who works a night shift, use Wawa a lot. Paid for everything went to pick up, got the salad , no burger. Asked about it, it had not been made. Waited for it to be made, understanding they were busy. Handed a single burger which I questioned. Waited for the double burger, twenty minutes later asked about it and decided to just get a reimbursement after 1/2 hour in store. Went to pump gas, find it won't, go back in to find out cashier had canceled it out because it had sat for so long. All food and reimbursement interactions had been with store manager who other than uttering an "OH, my God" but did not even once offer an apology. Going elsewhere from now on. Not a hard decision since half the employees were using masks as chin guards.

This location is lacking leadership! So understaffed, that the quality of service, quality of food, and quality of employees suffers. Hire more people!!! There is plenty of foot traffic in this place to afford it. Get the customers in and out fast, no one wants to wait over 10 minutes for a mediocre sandwich. Just this morning I ordered a western egg bagel and they didnt even put the damn bacon on it. Thats bull!! Management get this store under control!! Shout out to the employees always working hard, that girl YAYA and another young girl at the register in the A.M you are appreciated
