Was my first time here. It's nice and children had fun with lots of variety sections to play. I saw even two year olds crawling around with their parents. They should consider adding more different snacks, tables and shoe racks especially on Weekends and have frequent wipe down of rails with sanitizer. The staff were friendly & professional.

Absolutely, hands down, the best experience we have had at a kids place. Most places you go that are geared towards kids, are filled with angry, tired and careless teenagers or young adults. Every single interaction we had with employees today far exceeded expectations. Patrick is obviously the happiest employee ever. He genuinely loves his job and treats everyone like his friends. He was so kind to explain things to me and my family. The young gentleman and young lady behind concession, have more patience than I could ever imagine. While up jumping, another young man was so kind to my little one and was so nice to talk to. You can tell they are all exhausted and short staffed but not one of them broke their smiles and they all were so accommodating. Can’t wait to go buy a membership for the whole family! And my daughter is excited to plan her birthday party there.

Saturdays are super packed with lots of little children. My teens and I love trampoline parks, we prefer there be a small crowd. All of the attractions were open but the line for the skywalk took 20-30min. I will go back just not on a Saturday.
