Store closes whenever it wants. The girls who work nights are the laziest people I’ve ever seen at Jb’s and I’ve seen a lot of lazy people at JB’s over the years. Never seen them this lazy and rude tho. They literally make up reasons to close early, the sign on the door that says the hours doesn’t matter. They used to be open 24/7 not your lucky to get there at 10 and it actually be open. This used to be one of my favorite gas stations, but combine all the new problems with the fact that there’s a Quick Trip right across the bridge, I’ll just go to the quick trip. And it’s sad because there’s no other gas station like JB’s in the area. They had their specific market on lock but now I sadly believe that they will be closed and shut down before the end of the year.

The amount of people giving this store a bad review just because they read some news article about a veteran being denied service...smh This store has some of the nicest employees. The store itself is much more personal than a quiktrip or a 7-11. The clerks are friendly and neighborly. If you ask me, the so called “veteran” was most likely a rude piece of work that had it coming. Keep up the good work, JB’s!

This store has always been a bit of a dirty dump with annoying gas pumps, but after telling a Marine Veteran with disabilities to leave because of his service dog, I will never give them my business again EVER! I'm spreading the word about this horrible establishment!

My husband and I showed up to this convenience store at around midnight to get some snacks as we are short on cash and only had six dollars in change. We would have walked somewhere else but it was late and we were both tired after taking care of our son, who is a year old. We are both teenage parents and we do not have much money. Upon entering the shop we were greeted by an older worker. After catching his attention, he interrupted my sentence by asking "Are you ready to check out?" I said no and asked him where I would find an item. He told me the area where I would find the item, and when I struggled to look for it, he didn't help me and kept on with his business. When I went to the counter to check out, I told him, "I only have change." After setting down my items. After I said this, he said, "Figures. How bad off do you have to be if you can only pay in quarters?" I didn't know how to reply to this. After ringing up our items, we realized we didn't have enough money to pay for everything and asked him to take out one of the items. After requesting this, the man grumbled and complained that he would have to ring everything up again, as though that was not his job. He did it begrudgingly and basically tossed the item I asked him to take out onto the counter beside him after separating the items we could afford. After this, he handed me my change. He didn't even bother to hand me the bag holding our food, and made me reach across the counter to get it. I have encountered this guy before at the store, and he has been downright rude to customers. All of the other employees I have met at this store have been kind and helpful. Even during the day, this man has been rude to me or other customers on different occasions but this was just ridiculous. This man should be fired as soon as possible.
