Store is clean. Staff are personable and friendly. Fully stocked with summer outdoor furniture, home goods, clothing, personal items such as make up, deodorant and other consumables plus pet wares, a wide selection of shoes and purses....and the list goes on.

Date 12/26/2021 at 17:49:26 I did I made this purchase which they had to give me two bags and in the rush they didn't give me a bag, which contained the $ 69 sweater. When I returned for the missing bag they were already closed, I returned the next day and they told me that I had to wait to check the cameras, three days have passed and I still have no answer for my product, I returned today and they gave me the same answer ( I have to wait for them to review the security cameras), for me to understand the professionalism and consumer safety are terrible .. I hope an answer as soon as possible

it's always a good experience when you go into this Marshalls although it is not as glamorous as some of the others it's never a big crowd and it's always fast in and out. they seem to be doing a story arrangements so I can't wait until it's over so I can see what they put out next. at one point I would have given this store zero stars because it was not catering to the people in its area it was catering to a clientele from another region perhaps. There is a strong Urban and military presence where this Marshalls is at on Little Creek road in Norfolk. The clothing back at that time was suited more towards people who surfed and skated. Since that time they have diversified their portfolio and made it a lot more pleasurable to shop.
