Pretty disappointing. If you are bigger than a size large, there's no point in shopping or trading here. Their sizes and overall selection is limited, and many racks are low on stock. They say they want plus size clothes, but won't buy plus sized brands. Also the clothes are boring looking, nothing unique here. Everything is incredibly overpriced, and very few items are worth what they are charging. If they don't change I hope they will close soon. I've found so many better things at EPIC thrift right down the street and only a fraction of the cost. Reading the other reviews this seems to be a common practice. Pathetic. To the owner: don't even think about replying to my review with the same copy/pasted response. It's clear you are not taking any feedback from these reviews.

What a frustrating experience. Came here with my partner to sell some clothes. We checked in and shopped around for a bit. After about 45 minutes of shopping, we only moved up one place on the waitlist so we decided to leave to get lunch since the employee who helped us check in said we could leave. First red flag there as she couldn’t ever give us a direct answer as to how long it would take, simply saying “Idk it just depends”. As soon as we got the text message that they were ready, we came back to the store within 5 minutes. The employee then said they took 3 people before us since we weren’t here. When we checked in, the girl said we had a 30 minute window before getting booted off the waitlist and that as long as we made it back in that timeframe, they’d help us right away. The lack of inattentiveness from the staff was super unprofessional. I had been to a Crossroads before but never this location. I definitely will not be coming back and urge people to find other locations to sell their clothes.

Went in to sell ( first time ) I checked in and was number 22 and I never got a text from them.. weekend hit so I waited, went in days after to sell and did the same process of checking in, I had very good shoes & clothing in great shape compared to some items I've seen at the store and the Asian pregnant lady did not feel like purchasing anything, while three people sit waiting on there items to be looked at she takes her sweet time walking around and chit chatting. Not the best service here I would try to sell elsewhere.

I honestly love this location - I don't ALWAYS find things I like but when I do it's a pretty good steal for a designer brand or unique piece. I think some people have certain expectations on pricing because it's a 2nd-hand store but I think all consignment stores like Crossroads base price on brand, quality, and rarity of a piece that come through the store. Remember, you're shopping 2nd hand so I think your expectations as a shopper should be reasonable! When it comes to selling, just plan ahead or make an appointment, seriously... check their website or give them a call to see what items they are looking for or make an appointment on the app. You can literally queue your place in line then time it for when you should arrive. TONS of people sell at this location so planning ahead or being prepared for a long wait is a must! I showed up on a Saturday morning right when they opened and there was already a line forming along the building. Also - note that when you sell, your clothes have to be clean and currently in style. I've seen people bring in garbage bags of clothing and get really disappointed that nothing was sold. Tip: If you aren't sure if your old clothing is still in style, at least bring it in washed and folded in decent bags - how you bring your clothes in can influence a purchase because it can give the employees the impression you take care of your clothes!

We require masks in line with CDC guidelines for both staff and customers. We limit the amount of people in our stores and encourage social distancing. We have stringent cleaning policies in place.
Great question! When you sell to Crossroads, we pay you 30% in cash or 50% in trade of what we price your items to sell for. We price items based on style, condition and brand. If you have questions about a specific item, bring it in to the store or give us a call. Thank you!
Sorry, we do not take maternity clothing. Thank you for thinking of Crossroads Trading!
Hi! Our fittings are closed, but we have updated our return policy to reflect that. Items with tags attached and original receipt may be returned within 10 days for store credit, cash, or credit/debit card refund. Consignment items are final sale.
I believe so because minors need an adult to sell. But I would call and double check. Good luck.
Thank you for checking, but we do not buy formalwear.
Thanks for your message. The decision to purchase any clothing is made in the store at the Sell counter. You can call the store directly and ask to speak to a buyer and they should be able to help, or just bring your items in and have the buyer take a look.
Hello, You have the choice of taking cash or store credit as soon as you are done selling! There is more information here on our website: https://crossroadstrading.com/buy-sell-trade/tutorials/
Yes, all store locations are open normal hours today.

I would go with the advice of the first person who answered as i didn't have good luck here. I would never say anything negative because there's always a positive in every situation. I just didn't go on a day they were looking for what I had. Good luck.
Cash or credit. like cheryl houston said thats if they choose to buy ur stuff.. u will be absolutely shocked on what they turn down as to what they got in the store.
They buy clothes or u can get store credit. Depends on the jean
You have to take in all the products. They will sort them out what they do and dont want then give you a cash, or store credit amount for what they take. The mens sections isn't big so they might take most of them?
They range in price due to the condition of the pants. You can call to ask
If they like them, depends on which depressed retail diva is holding court over the clothes line. Don't expect much beyond hipster club wear to be accepted.
It's honestly hit or miss--- they pass on brand new designer clothes all the time- even if they're in season on trend. They might buy new air maxes today but if they buy 3 other pairs before tomorrow, then come tomorrow they might not buy yours bc they just bought 3 pairs the day before. So there are too many factors involved to answer yes or no to this type of question no matter what the product is- no matter how high end/sought after it is---- it doesn't really matter . It depends on the person buying, the amount of duplicates they have, time of day you're selling at(tip: NEVER sell during the last hour they're open--they will most likely not buy anything at that time bc whatever they buy ,they then have to add it to their inventory/etc (i.e.it's creating more work for themselves if they buy anything from you)so, they prob won't buy much right before closing time. Dont feel bad if you bring in 60 items and they buy 1 (or none)- it happens quite often!!
They only buy a very very narrow style of clothes and are quite rude about the whole thing. I would try a more professional consignment store
