I loved this Wendy's but now everytimeI go, I get a cold cheeseburger with romane lettuce. Its happened more than once so I'm done with Wendy's.

Ordered a 4for4 medium asked for it to be dropped fresh they said okay only for me to get only the fries fresh I only asked for Everything fresh because I’m pregnant and don’t want the hour crispy that’s been sitting there or the nuggets that’s been sitting there for half an hour it takes 2 min for fries /crispy to cook and 4 min for nuggets I would know because I’ve managed at Wendy’s before the sad part is we ask if we should pull up the manager at the window said no it’s okay knowing everything she served to us was not fresh if I wanted just fries I would have got just fries can’t even eat my food now just a waste of money great job management team I’m sure you heard when we asked for fresh and if you didn’t shame on you because you should have a headset on.

I go to this Wendy's often. They have occasionally gotten my order wrong or i will be missing part of my order, but this takes the cake! A BLT chicken sandwich with NO bacon or tomato? I didn't eliminate either of them! And there was way too much mayo on it! If this is what i wanted i would of gone to Mc D's for the dollar chicken sandwich! 😡😡😡

Yesterday was the first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the generous service, with the first-rate meal and fine drinks and with the comfortable price. We will absolutely come back soon.
