i made reservation a week in advanced for a small pick-up truck. received a confirmation call the day before. showed up to pick up the truck and was informed no trucks were available ended up in a mid size car. What's the point of a reservation and confirmation.

We have a corporate account with Enterprise. Do most of my rentals through Doylestown, PA. Very convenient location for me and I will preface everyone is struggling with staffing. My car was ready, as usual, and no issues. The reason I am not giving 5 star is I left a few personal items in middle console. 100% certain. They said nothing was left in car. I don't care about the spare change or smaller personal items - the big one was my vaccination card. It 100% was in the console. I just did not appreciate how they were so dismissive in "nothing was left in car." My fault for leaving it in the 1st place.

Needed to suddenly rent a car and was having difficulty even finding an available car to rent in the area. I called Enterprise in Doylestown and they said we have a couple nice cars still available. I got there simply showed them my driver's license and C.C. As the gentleman was handing me back my C. C. my rental was pulled up outside the door. A two minute tutorial on things one needs to know about a car they're unfamiliar with and that was it. Off I went. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I've waited longer in line at Turkey Hill for a pack of cigarettes than I did for a beautiful BMW rental. Enterprise has truly figured out the #1 important thing customers look for "at least this customer" is ease and speed of service. Awesome customer service!
