I tried this place multiple times and every time they tell me I can't cash in my check. Someone comes in right behind me and they cash in that person check. They done thus multiple times. At this point I believe it's due to my skin. I wouldn't recommend no one coming here. It's a rude and nasty place.

Rude staff. Incredibly disrespectful service. I tried to cash my check here and got declined for no reason but cashed it somewhere else with no problem. Either they are taking the money for themselves or they are cruel people. Everytime I stop here only because it's nearby, it's the same routine. Disrespect. This business should be shut down or evaluated.

The employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. Went about 4:30 on a Tuesday. Employee behind a glass window refused me service, because i lowered my mask so she can hear me. She did not have a mask on, but another man in the store who had no mask wasn't asked to leave. Discrimination law suite!. Cooperate has been informed. Little did she know it was recorded.Location: Frank's check cashing, Hamilton Ave in Trenton. N.J.
