Always courteous staff, very helpful throughout the process. Parking can be a bit tricky. Update: covid policy in place and appointments are needed for family services (easy to do online or walkup to schedule if you don't have access)

I have a child support warning notice saying our records show you our past due in pain child family or spouse support without notifying you again you guys have been taking out of my check these past 4 or 5 years and I don't understand why

Ms. Cockshott - The clerks' office phone hours are currently 10am - 2pm. If you call 650-261-5100 during those hours you will be able to reach a staff member in our family law clerk's office.
