Great little Cafe with all sorts of neat crafts and gifts. Limited menu, but well-prepared dishes. One of the best tomato soups ever.

The café is no secret to locals, because it is an all-volunteer force trying to keep this fabulous historic structure for the use of the local citizens--and if there was ever a wonderful "find," this is it! The food is all homemade, and it is some of the best I have found anywhere. The pies are homemade, the scones are homemade, the quiche is homemade! AND the SERVICE IS THE BEST! As usual I was running late for lunch--and they close for after lunch at 2:00 PM--I was the last customer for lunch on Thursday, December 3, 2020! SOMETIMES YOU GET VERY LUCKY! Thank you, Ladies, I will not be late again!

this is a great place if you're in the area lots of local arts and crafts and everything for blacksmithing to weaving to pottery. They also have a pretty nice little cafe with some very unique selections so it's well worth the time if you're coming by here.

Fantastic artisan gift shop and working studio, weaving and spinning yarn on authentic period looks and wheels, as well as other quality gifts. The tavern wasn't open the day I visited but the menu looked good and the prices were fair. Visit soon and frequently!
