Delightful experience renting a tub for an hour with my partner, just wish we had more time. We came at the end of the day and much to our surprise we didn't feel hurried along to get out at the end. Very pleasant staff and atmosphere

I have been here many times and made a last minute booking for a Friday evening at 6:30 because there was a cancellation. I booked successfully online for ONE person in the combo room where it showed a cost of $40. When I arrived, I was rudely told that I didn't read "their policy" because I did not go to their website first and instead went directly to their calendar to book, which is faster and easier and I have done this many times just fine. As a customer, I was told it was my "responsibility" to have known I needed to go through a specific 5 step process to ensure I saw a random webpage and “read the policy" however NO WHERE during the booking process did it say I would be charged $80 for two people or denied entry on a Friday - it only says a max of 2 people. Their only solution was that I could "email" someone. They even admitted that the system only allows you to book for one person, even though that’s against their policy?? It's NOT OKAY to have a disorganized and unclear booking system that allows people to make bookings that are against your policy. As a business, it is your obligation to ensure this, and you certainly don’t blame customers for not clicking on the right link... yikes!! So unprofessional and they did nothing to attempt to remedy the situation. Instead, they canceled my reservation, made $0 for that hour, and lost a repeat customer. Save your money!! Will not be returning.

I received a gift card for a combo massage and hot tub. David, gave me the best deep tissue massage I have ever gotten. One hour of pure heaven! The beds were warm and comfortable. Can't wait to go back! Want to try all the spa treatments. Thank you David!
