What furniture store is closed on Weekends? It isn't the 1950's. Stupidest thing I have ever seen.

I am not sure how so many people give this furniture store such a high rating, because my experience with them is horrible. I have been trying for over 2 months to get them to pick up a Lazy Boy recliner that the leather has all kinds of bad areas on it and the mechanism has defects in it. I paid cash for the chair, but when I asked for service I was told it was not their problem. To say the least I will never buy from them again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
