These guys are always really helpful. Today they fit my car in at the last minute and switched my tire, which was free due to the warranty that I had bought last time they changed my tires. They go above and beyond for their customers, always. They never complain about their job and they always do amazing by my family and I. Today the young man who helped me was Tristan. He is considerate and polite and has great customer service skills. He is one of their many staff members who makes this business community staple.

I popped in Saturday morning for an issue with my tire. They were ready to handle it. They alerted me via text that the car was ready, issue resolved. I heard them wand the wheels to make certain placement was correct for indicator in the car. So, good stuff.

This place has top notch service. We put studded tires on from Firestone tires in Medford. To have them taken off and the other tires mounted and balanced they said it would be $143.00. I called discount tires and they did it for $44.00. No more being loyal to Firestone tires. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
