I remember being a little kid and my great grandma Leona Brown taking me down to see Mr Roy and Ernest and I guess some things just stick with ya you know I sure miss those days but one thing I haven't missed is still going to see the Jackson family on a Saturday morning and getting some good ole Roy's sausage the best sausage around and that's a fact. So if you are ever in the area around starke fl and you want some Great Sausage and meat go check them out Rodney will be happy to cut you up some meat whatever your liking is.

They do not do that
No they do not carry deer but everything else he has pork chops and roast and fresh and smoked sausage is just great can't beat the quality of his meat especially the hamburger and the prices are not high

Roy's is not like Omaha meats and all that kind of stuff this is an old-fashioned butcher shop you go in you tell him what you want how you want to cut and they'll do it for you I can tell you this if you want the sausage don't wait get there early there are awesome people and will take care of you and like one of the other posters said their chops there bacon their ground chuck do not call it hamburger bad thing to say up there mr. Roy May let you know what he thanks he might tell you to go to Winn-Dixie it's right up the road is bacon he does not cut it then he'll tell you the same Winn-Dixie's up the street if you want them bacon
