Excellent service. Fast delivery. Excellent food I had the Matzah ball soup and boiled chicken. It was to die for. No just kidding.Lol. Come on, everyone knows Villa Monte is excellent they've been around staten island for many years. I had the baked ziti,and a pie delicious as always. Let's take a moment of silence for Shelly's wife who just passed away. May she rest in peace. My Condolences Shelly.

I am very disappointed with how they treat customers here. Two hours after I was home they called to tell me I never paid for my pizza, which I did pay for in cash. While I was there, they mixed up my order and made me wait 20 minutes while other customers came and went. They were very busy and I was very understanding and patient. But to call me and tell me I didn’t pay, that is bad business. I think they should check their receipts and double and triple check before they call a customer and accuse them of not paying. They just lost a long time customer.

Great staff, good prices, and good food. The personal pizza is great if it's just you, or you're splitting meals. The broccoli and cheese soup is so good! Chicken parm is decently priced and always good. I would stay away from the rolls tho, they reheat them, and the are not good at all. Unless you ask them to make one fresh.
